1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," "you") and Y9Club ("we," "us," "the Platform"). Access to or use of any part of the Y9Club website, mobile platform, or games offered through it — including slots, sports betting, poker, sabong, bingo, and all other products — is subject to full acceptance of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open and use a Y9Club account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Y9Club strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents at any point during your membership.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that using Y9Club is legal in your location.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from any gaming platform or under any court-ordered restriction related to gaming activity.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Y9Club or any of its associated gaming providers.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Y9Club reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Verification of identity (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required at registration or at any subsequent point. Until verification is completed, Y9Club may restrict certain account functions including withdrawals.

3 Account Responsibility

Your Y9Club account is personal. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether or not you authorised that activity.

• Keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details strictly confidential. Never share them with anyone.
• You must not allow any other person — including family members — to place bets, access games, or conduct transactions using your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Y9Club support immediately at support@y9club.click so the account can be secured.
• Y9Club will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you failed to take reasonable precautions to keep your credentials secure.

Y9Club may, at its discretion, implement additional security measures including but not limited to: two-step verification, withdrawal confirmation emails, and periodic identity re-verification. These measures are for your protection and you are required to cooperate with them.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Y9Club supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine members: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.

Deposits: All deposits are subject to a minimum amount as published in your account's cashier section. Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your name. Y9Club does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits intended for gaming only — funds deposited and immediately withdrawn without material gaming activity may be considered suspicious and subject to review.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in your cashier. Y9Club targets a 15–30 minute processing time for GCash and Maya withdrawals, though actual transfer times may vary depending on your financial institution.

All transactions on Y9Club are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the member's responsibility. Y9Club does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Y9Club offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards to eligible members. All promotional offers are governed by the specific terms published with each promotion, which form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

• Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, minimum deposit (if applicable), wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributable to it.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated and wagering requirements have been met.
• Y9Club reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a member opting in. Once a bonus has been credited to your account and wagering has begun, the terms that applied at the time of opt-in remain in effect.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times constitutes fraud.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on Y9Club use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently audited to confirm genuine randomness. Y9Club publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all slot games in the game information panel.

Game-specific rules — including rules for poker hand rankings, bingo number-calling procedures, sabong match resolution, and sports betting settlement — are published in the relevant game section of Y9Club. In the event of a discrepancy between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that product category.

Y9Club is not responsible for technical interruptions that occur due to factors outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the member's end. If a game session is disconnected mid-round due to a verified platform-side fault, Y9Club will use the last recorded server state to determine the outcome and settle the bet accordingly.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Y9Club — including NBA betting, football betting, and other sports markets — are subject to the following general rules in addition to market-specific rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you add a selection to your bet slip and the time you submit — the confirmed odds at submission are final.
• Y9Club reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started, where live odds were displayed by error, or where there is clear evidence of a data feed malfunction.
• If a sporting event is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all pre-game bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded.
• For in-play (live) betting, Y9Club may suspend markets at any time during an event. Bets already confirmed before suspension are settled according to the applicable outcome.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. Specific limits are published in the sportsbook section of Y9Club.
• Combination bets (parlays/accumulators) are settled based on the combined result of all legs. If any leg is voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding that leg.

Y9Club uses official league and sporting body results to settle bets. In the case of disputed official results, Y9Club will wait for the relevant authority's final ruling before settling affected markets.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Y9Club. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with Y9Club's games, betting markets, or account systems.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other accounts to manipulate bonus outcomes, or making deposits solely to meet rollover requirements with no genuine gaming intent.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other skill-based game to gain an unfair collective advantage.
• Using Y9Club for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any transaction intended to circumvent anti-money laundering laws applicable in the Philippines.
• Chargebacks — disputing valid transactions with your payment provider after funds have been used for gaming. Chargeback abuse results in permanent account closure and potential legal action to recover funds.
• Accessing Y9Club from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal, or using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Y9Club may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances, among others:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested, within a reasonable period.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. A notification will be sent before inactivity closure, and any remaining balance will be held for 180 days pending a verified claim.
• Request by the account holder to self-exclude or close the account. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and are not reversible during the exclusion period.
• Regulatory requirement, court order, or direction from a relevant authority.

Where an account is closed for a verified breach of these Terms, all funds held within the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — may be forfeited. In all other closure scenarios, verified account balances will be returned to the member through the same payment method used for deposits, after deduction of any outstanding obligations.

Members who close their accounts voluntarily may request reopening after a minimum cooling-off period by contacting support. Accounts closed for responsible gaming or self-exclusion reasons carry longer mandatory cool-off periods.

10 Privacy and Data Use

Y9Club collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By registering for a Y9Club account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key uses include: account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you've opted in — marketing communications.

Y9Club uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and financial data. You have rights under Philippine law to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data. Requests should be directed to support@y9club.click.

11 Responsible Gaming

Y9Club is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all members. The following tools are available directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period before activation; decreasing a limit takes effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you've been logged in for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 weeks). During this period, you cannot deposit, bet, or access games.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from Y9Club. Self-exclusions are actioned within 24 hours, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period, and will prevent marketing communications being sent to you.

12 Limitation of Liability

Y9Club provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Y9Club takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or technical failures — including internet connectivity issues beyond Y9Club's control.
• Losses caused by the member's failure to properly log out, secure their account credentials, or update outdated contact information.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind arising from the use of — or inability to use — Y9Club's platform.
• Decisions made by members based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.

Y9Club's total aggregate liability to any member, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits Y9Club's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by Y9Club's negligence — as these cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Y9Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, Y9Club will notify registered members via the email address on file or via a notice displayed on the platform after login.

If you disagree with any changes to these Terms, you may close your account by contacting support before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of Y9Club after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Y9Club encourages all members to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about the rules governing your use of the platform. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question about its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Y9Club encourages members to contact support to resolve disputes through Y9Club's internal complaints process. Most disputes involving account balances, bonus settlements, and bet resolutions can be addressed quickly through direct communication with the support team.
